Custom mudroom built-in with cubbies, bench seating, and hidden shoe storage in a family brownstone.
The Challenge
A narrow 4-foot-wide hallway needed to accommodate storage for a family of five without feeling cramped.
Our Approach
We designed a floor-to-ceiling unit with open cubbies up top, a solid maple bench with flip-up lid for shoe storage, and beadboard backing that references the home's original wainscoting.
