Initial Conversation
15-30 minutesWe start with a phone call or site visit to understand your project, your timeline, and what you're envisioning. No pressure, no pitch — just a conversation about your space.
Site Measurement & Consultation
1-2 hoursWe visit your space with laser measures and a notebook. We'll discuss materials, design details, and any challenges specific to your building or apartment.
Proposal & Shop Drawings
3-5 business daysYou receive a detailed proposal with scope of work, material specifications, shop drawings, and a fixed price. No surprises, no allowances, no change orders unless you change the scope.
Material Selection
1-2 weeksWe source materials and bring samples to your home for approval. For natural wood projects, we hand-select boards for grain and color consistency.
Shop Fabrication
2-4 weeksYour project is built in our shop, where we have full environmental control and a complete tool setup. We do a dry-fit assembly before finishing.
Installation
1-3 daysWe install in your home with care for your space — drop cloths, dust barriers, clean-up every day. Most projects install in 1-3 days.
Final Walk-Through
30 minutesWe walk through together and address anything that needs attention. We don't consider the job done until you're completely satisfied.
